Disclosure

GroundCasinoReview is funded by affiliate commission. This page sets out exactly how that works, what it does and does not influence, and how you can audit our judgements yourself.

How we are paid

When you follow a link from a review and open an account with that operator, the operator may pay GroundCasinoReview Media Ltd a commission. That may be a one-off referral fee or a share of the operator's net revenue from the referral.

It costs you nothing. Your terms, your bonus eligibility and your withdrawal conditions are identical whether you arrive through us or type the address directly. Commission is paid by the operator out of its own marketing budget.

What commission does not buy

  • It does not buy a score. Every brand is measured against the same six published criteria.
  • It does not buy a ranking position. Order follows the composite score, not the commercial rate.
  • It does not buy editorial approval. No operator reads, previews or approves a review before publication.
  • It does not buy silence. Where a brand has a weakness — a slower payout cycle, a white-label licence, a steep wagering requirement — we print it, and you will find those exact criticisms in the reviews on this website.

Where you will see this disclosed

A short disclosure line appears beneath the header on every page. Each review repeats it next to the outbound link, and it is linked from the footer of every page. We would rather over-disclose than have you wonder.

How to audit us

Every review prints its six criterion scores individually alongside the composite. Every licence claim prints the licensee name, the account number and the licence number, and links directly to the UK Gambling Commission public register so you can confirm it at source in under a minute.

If our figures and the register ever disagree, the register is right and we are wrong. Tell us at contact@groundcasinoreview.co.uk and we will correct the page and note the correction.

Which brands we cover

We only review operators holding a current UK Gambling Commission licence covering the exact domain a UK reader would use. We decline coverage of unlicensed, offshore or GamStop-circumventing operators regardless of the commission offered, and no payment will change that.

Advertising standards

Our marketing follows the CAP and BCAP codes on gambling advertising. We do not target under-18s, we do not suggest gambling solves financial problems, we do not present it as a route to income or social success, and we do not use language urging anyone to chase losses. Every commercial page carries an 18+ mark and safer-gambling signposting.
